Deposits and Fees:

• A £500 damage deposit is required. This may not cover the full cost of any damages; if additional costs arise, you will be notified and charged accordingly.

• A £300 deep cleaning fee will apply in cases of smoking, excessive mess, or similar violations.

• Smoking, vaping, and drug use are strictly prohibited on the premises.

• Any breach may result in immediate eviction with no refund.

 

House Rules and Responsibilities:

• Check-Out Time: You agree to adhere to the specified check-out time stated in your booking details or check-in instructions. Late departures may incur extra charges.

• Check-Out Instructions: You must follow all check-out procedures provided on the morning of your departure to avoid extra cleaning fees.

• No Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in the surrounding gardens. Violations will result in a £200 cleaning fee.

• Guests: No overnight guests are allowed without prior approval.

• Behaviour: All guests are expected to behave respectfully.

• Disruptive or inappropriate conduct may lead to additional charges and immediate eviction.

• Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM daily.

• Damage Deposit: You agree to the terms associated with the damage deposit as stated in your reservation channel. You authorise a pre-authorisation charge to cover any damage exceeding the standard deposit.

• Keys: A £50 fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned keys.

• Notifications of such charges or damages will be sent to your provided address or email.
