By completing this form, you acknowledge and consent to the following terms and conditions: 1. Adherence to the specified check-out time as indicated in the booking details or check-in instructions, and understanding that late departures may incur additional charges. 2. Compliance with all check-out instructions to avoid potential additional cleaning fees. These instructions will be provided on the morning of your departure. 3. Strict adherence to our no-smoking policy, both inside our properties and within the surrounding gardens. Failure to comply will result in a cleaning fee of £200. 4. Not hosting overnight guests without obtaining prior consent from us. 5. Maintaining responsible behavior that allows all guests to enjoy a pleasant and comfortable stay. Any unacceptable behavior may result in additional costs and immediate request for check-out. 6. Observing quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM, every day of the week. 7. Ensuring that children are not left unattended at any time. 8. Submission of a damage deposit, in accordance with the terms and conditions highlighted and available on this reservation channel. Please note that this deposit may not cover any potential property damage discovered after your departure. If damages exceed the deposit amount, our team will inform you accordingly. By completing this form, you authorize pre-authorization of your card for any damage costs that exceed the standard damage deposit. 9. Understanding that a £50 replacement fee will be charged for any lost or unreturned keys. In the event of such a charge or damage caused, you will be notified using the provided address or email. By completing this form, you affirm your understanding and acceptance of these conditions.
