At condokeeper, the safety and security of our guests is our highest priority. As such, balcony access is generally restricted and not permitted under normal circumstances due to the potential safety risks involved. This form provides you with the opportunity to formally accept responsibility and agree to the terms and conditions required for exceptional access to this facility.

I acknowledge that access is being granted exceptionally, and I agree to use the space responsibly, with due care for my own safety and the safety of others.

I understand that any form of party, gathering, or excessive noise originating from the balcony or within the property is strictly prohibited.

I agree that any breach to the use of the balcony may result in an immediate fine of up to £1000, and An immediate request to vacate the property, with no refund.

I accept full liability for its use and agree to all terms above.
